a client's case is accurate and reflective of the market.
Our database is the most advanced in the property
tax industry. We require that all appraisers with
whom we engage subscribe to these data services as
a precondition of employment. Finally, all routine
communications with appraisers and other experts are
via secure e-mail.

This law practice has been built solely by referrals
from satisfied clients. These results are not just
handed to us; they are earned. We meet each new client
face to face and personally view each property. We

Client's Responsibilities:
We expect our clients to be straightforward, cooperative
and fair in their dealings with us and any experts
we may have to retain. Absent good cause, we require
that our clients pay both us and their property taxes
on time. Finally, when a client has a question or
concern, we want them to pick up the phone and call
us.
Privacy:
We protect our clients' data and other relevant

officials when their rules require such a filing.
